 Economy:  Andorra has a developed economy and a free market, with per capita income above the European average and above the level of its neighbors, Spain and France. The country has developed a sophisticated infrastructure including a one-of-a-kind micro-fiber-optic network for the entire country. Tourism, retail sales, and finance comprise more than three-quarters of GDP. Duty-free shopping for some products and the country’s summer and winter resorts attract millions of visitors annually. Andorra uses the euro and is effectively subject to the monetary policy of the European Central Bank. Andorra's comparative advantage as a tax haven eroded when the borders of neighboring France and Spain opened and the government eased bank secrecy laws under pressure from the EU and OECD.

 Symbols:  Consequently, the coat of arms of Andorra incorporated their symbols: the mitre and crosier of the bishop appear next to the three red bars on yellow that constitute the arms of the count. The yellow shield with four red bars of Catalonia, Spain, and the two red cows of Béarn, France, complete the design.

Form of government

 Form of government:  A constitution ratified and approved in 1993 establishes Andorra as a sovereign parliamentary democracy that retains the Bishop of Urgell and president of France as co-princes and heads of state. However, the head of government retains executive power.

Tradition and Values

 Traditions and values:  1: An essential and ongoing part of Andorran culture is its folk dances performed with pride and enthusiasm at festivals and other events. Dances such as the contrapas and marraxta are Catalan in character, and have been passes down through the agwa with little change. 2:   Andorra  is a landlocked  microstate  that is sandwiched between France and Spain that was formed in 1278 under a charter. It covers an area of 180.55 square miles, and as of 2016, it had 77,000 inhabitants. It is regarded as a principality that is headed the bishop of Urgell from the Spanish side and the president of France. Andorra is multi-ethnic as it has inhabitants who are Spanish, Portuguese, French, Andorran and a host of other people from the surrounding nations. The official language used is Catalan. 3. Social organization

 Social organization:  It is constituted as an independent state, governed by law, democratic and social, whose form of government is the parliamentary co-principality. Its territory is organized into seven parishes, with a total population of 79,877 inhabitants as of February 28, 2022. Social organisations are of two broad types, namely, those which grow out of kinship and those that result from the free and voluntary associations of members .
